Logistics Operative – Warehouse & Dispatch Role

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operative to join our clean, well‑organised warehouse in Didcot. The role focuses on careful, accurate handling of materials and products, supporting both internal production lines and external customer deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming goods.
• Load, unload and store materials safely.
• Pick and pack customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Process stock movements using warehouse management systems.
• Support production and customer assembly lines.
• Prepare goods for dispatch.
• Handle returnable packaging and warehouse returns.
• Deliver materials to local customer sites when required.
• Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Values quality over speed.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) operation.
• Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) operation.
• Counterbalance Forklift operation (licence preferred).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
