Luxury Restaurant Waiter – Fine Dining

About the role

As a Luxury Restaurant Waiter you will be central to delivering the distinctive Nobu dining experience. You will guide guests through the menu, anticipate their needs and ensure every moment of service reflects Nobu’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, memorable service to every guest.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the food and beverage menus, including allergens.
• Guide guests through the menu, offer recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar teams.
• Manage pacing and timing of service to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Prepare tables and maintain immaculate service stations throughout service.
• Handle payments accurately and close tables correctly.
• Resolve guest queries or concerns confidently and professionally.
• Support and mentor new team members.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold Nobu service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a guest‑facing hospitality role, preferably in luxury or fine‑dining restaurants.
• Confident, professional and attentive with a passion for food and service.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and deliver effortless, genuine service.
