About the role

We are seeking a passionate Luxury Sales Assistant to join our fine fragrance boutique within Selfridges (Trafford and Exchange Square). You will deliver a personalized, high‑end shopping experience that reflects our brand’s heritage of sustainability, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise clients with professionalism, warmth, and deep product knowledge.
• Understand client preferences and guide them to the perfect fragrance, achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Master fragrance storytelling, including notes, inspiration, and craftsmanship, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, manage inventory, restocking, and merchandising.
• Handle transactions, returns, and client inquiries efficiently and discreetly.
• Collaborate with the boutique team, participating in meetings, training, and brand events.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for luxury goods and fine fragrances.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, or hospitality is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.
