About the role

We are seeking a motivated Luxury Sales Consultant to join a contemporary art gallery in Sevenoaks. The role focuses on consultative selling of high‑end artwork, providing an exceptional client experience from first contact through purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Engage walk‑in visitors and proactively contact potential clients by phone and email.
• Generate new business through self‑motivated outreach and daily client list calls.
• Achieve realistic monthly sales targets and earn commission on top of a base salary.
• Deliver personalised home consultations and manage client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including frequent weekend work, to match peak gallery traffic.

Required profile

• Strong desire to sell luxury products with a genuine interest in contemporary art.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
• Valid driver’s licence preferred for home consultation visits.
