Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor will be the face of Toolstation in Sevenoaks, delivering excellent customer service and supporting store operations across a 36‑hour week. You will work alongside the Store Manager and help maintain high standards in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager, stand in during their absence and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
• Provide a friendly, efficient customer experience and coach staff to do the same.
• Maintain product availability, high store standards and a positive working atmosphere.

• Team‑oriented, willing to get hands‑on and work in varying temperatures.
• Positive attitude, reliable and flexible with working hours.
• Ready to bring your whole self to work and engage with customers.
