About the role

Bon Vivant Travel is seeking a Luxury Travel Specialist to manage hotel reservations for its high‑net‑worth clientele. Based in London, you will work with a global network of luxury hotels to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research and secure hotel accommodations that match client preferences and requirements.
• Check availability and rates for a variety of hotels and room configurations.
• Utilise consortia rates and preferred partner programmes to obtain the best pricing and added value.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of luxury hotel offerings, promotions, and special packages.
• Communicate effectively with hotel partners about client needs and preferences.
• Process booking modifications and cancellations.
• Stay informed about travel updates and destination‑specific requirements.
• Attend hotel sales and networking events as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in hotel reservations, preferably within the luxury travel sector.
• Working knowledge of consortia rates (Virtuoso) and hotel preferred partner programmes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑service focus.
• Proficiency with a major GDS is a plus, but not essential.

Required skills

• Major Global Distribution System (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus).
