About the role

Join a globally recognised luxury watch Maison as a Sales Assistant in the Harrods boutique. You will deliver a highly personalised, consultative luxury experience while building and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide a bespoke, consultative sales experience for luxury watch customers.
• Utilise CRM tools to track client interactions and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve sales targets and uphold service standards.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment.

• Confident, polished and relationship‑focused.
• Passionate about luxury service and client experience.
• Commercially aware and motivated by performance targets.
• Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary up to £36,000 per year.
• Monthly commission structure (individual and pool based).
