Machine Operative

About the role

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team on the outskirts of Dover. This full‑time permanent position offers a clear progression path, overtime and bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, pack and inspect products to meet quality standards.
• Carry out routine quality checks and report any defects.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with health and safety regulations.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.

Required profile

• Reliable, disciplined team player with a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physically fit for a hands‑on, active role.
• Own transport preferred (car‑share available).
