Major Loss Adjuster

About the role

Sedgwick is recruiting a Major Loss Adjuster for its Major & Complex Loss team, covering the UK. You will manage high-value commercial property claims from start to finish, taking ownership of complex cases involving material damage and business interruption. The role works alongside desk-based Adjusting Executives and other specialists to meet client service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-value commercial property claims end to end, investigating and resolving them efficiently and cost-effectively
• Handle material damage and business interruption claims
• Work with desk-based Adjusting Executives and specialists to meet client service level agreements
• Maintain quality and compliance standards while building strong client relationships
• Manage your own caseload independently and adapt during surge periods

Required profile

• Proven experience handling major and complex loss claims
• Professional qualifications, ideally ACII/ACILA or equivalent
• Market awareness and account management experience is an advantage
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
