Management Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Management Accountant to own the numbers across three continents. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end management accounts and will work closely with international entities as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple international entities.
• Manage balance‑sheet reconciliations, accruals, pre‑payments and journal entries.
• Support EU, Australian and US payroll processes, liaising with external providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local tax requirements (VAT, GST, sales tax, payroll taxes, etc.).
• Assist with statutory accounts, audits and year‑end processes.
• Support cash‑flow management and multi‑currency transactions.
• Continuously improve finance processes, controls and documentation.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders outside of Finance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a hands‑on management accounting role.
• Working knowledge of EU, Australia and US tax and payroll requirements.
• Detail‑oriented mindset; not a “review‑only” position.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence using finance systems/ERPs.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
