Management Accountant

About the role

Equifind Group is partnering with a global real estate firm to recruit a Management Accountant for its London finance team. The role offers a commercially focused, dynamic environment where you will work closely with senior leadership on financial reporting, cash flow management and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Produce financial analysis and management information to support performance and investment decisions.
• Partner with asset management, property management, development and operations teams.
• Monitor cash positions, prepare cash‑flow forecasts and manage funding requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax and compliance matters.
• Coordinate year‑end audits and act as the primary contact for external auditors and advisors.
• Manage relationships with outsourced finance providers and identify improvements to reporting, controls and processes.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Previous experience as a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to start within the next four weeks is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle or SAP.
