Management Consultant

About the role

Changeology is seeking Management Consultants to join its delivery‑focused consulting team. You will work on transformation and improvement programmes for public‑sector clients such as hospitals, local authorities and national bodies across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Map processes and design operating models for client organisations.
• Analyse operational data, generate insights and develop business cases.
• Design and facilitate workshops, create RAID logs and track project delivery.
• Prepare client presentations and engage with senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Self‑directed, resilient and comfortable working in unfamiliar environments.
• Enjoys variety, rapid learning and taking real delivery responsibility.
• Willing to travel weekly and stay onsite during the working week.
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel data‑analysis capability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
