Management Trainee – Blackburn, Accrington & Burnley

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee programme across its Blackburn, Accrington and Burnley branches. The role gives you hands‑on exposure to all core areas of a retail mobility business and fast‑tracks high‑potential talent toward branch‑manager responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners.
• Understand financial performance, cost control and profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Manage fleet operations, plan logistics and drive overall branch performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with opportunities to promote others as you progress.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
