About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme in Chelmsford and fast‑track your career towards branch management. You will work across customer service, sales, finance and operations, gaining hands‑on experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop relationships with local business partners to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
• Analyse profit and loss statements, manage costs and support financial decision‑making.
• Oversee fleet logistics, plan strategically and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to promote staff as you progress.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership potential.
