Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Analyse profit and loss statements, manage costs and support financial control.
• Assist with fleet management, strategic planning and operational performance.
• Mentor and train junior staff, leading team development initiatives.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
