Management Trainee – Eastbourne & Hastings

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme and develop the skills needed to become a branch manager within two years. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance, operations and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local businesses and grow the branch’s network.
• Understand financial performance, manage costs and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Learn fleet management, logistics planning and operational performance optimisation.
• Mentor and train junior team members, taking on increasing leadership responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
