Management Trainee – Guildford/Woking

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme and develop your leadership potential in a fast‑moving retail environment. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience that could lead to a branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Engage with local business partners to drive sales and develop marketing relationships.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Learn fleet operations, strategic planning and logistics management.
• Mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to lead and promote staff as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
