Management Trainee – Milton Keynes

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious individuals for its Management Trainee programme in Milton Keynes. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance, operations and leadership, with the aim of progressing to a branch manager role within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Analyse profit and loss statements, manage costs and support financial performance.
• Oversee fleet operations, plan logistics and drive operational efficiency.
• Mentor and train team members, taking on leadership duties as you grow.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree, though relevant professional experience is acceptable.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
