Management Trainee – Retail Operations (Canterbury, Ashford, Dover)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme in the South East of England. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key areas of our retail branch – from customer service to finance – gaining the experience needed to become a future branch manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local business partners to drive sales.
• Analyse profit and loss statements, monitor costs and support financial performance.
• Assist in fleet management, scheduling and operational planning.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to staff development.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership potential.
