Manager – CONC Compliance

About the role

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Manager for the Unsecured Lending Conduct & Compliance team. You will support the Group in meeting core regulatory requirements for CONC and the Consumer Duty, working closely with business executives to develop innovative solutions that improve customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Conduct & Compliance risk support to risk and control owner teams, aligning with customer, business and strategic objectives.
• Analyse the risk and control environment using diverse data sources to inform policy design and risk appetite.
• Prepare documentation and data summaries for ongoing monitoring and reporting of the Group’s risk exposure.
• Develop key risk and performance indicators to track appetite and policy compliance.
• Assist in creating data‑led risk control objectives and support control owners in implementing effective measures.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a technical expert in CONC and Consumer Duty compliance.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret complex data, perform analytical assessments and produce clear recommendations.
• Proven experience in producing timely, accurate risk reporting and developing oversight plans.
• Experience in policy development, setting risk appetite and providing advisory challenge to the business.
