About the role

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead a respected hospitality business. The role combines strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and operational oversight to drive growth and maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth initiatives.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and service extensions.
• Lead business transformation and innovation projects to strengthen competitive advantage.
• Provide direction to executive and management teams, ensuring sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Oversee client acquisition, retention, and account development strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospitality operators, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure effective procurement, supply‑chain, and customer‑service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and technology platforms.
• Uphold governance, compliance, and risk‑management frameworks.
• Foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture and mentor senior leaders.
• Hold full P&L responsibility, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience (Managing Director, COO, Commercial Director, etc.).
• Strong background in procurement, supply‑chain management, or outsourced business services.
• Experience within hospitality, foodservice, leisure, or catering sectors.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and delivering results.
• Robust financial and operational management capabilities.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
