Manufacturing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead the delivery of new products from concept to launch for a fast‑growing engineering organisation. You will act as the bridge between product development and manufacturing, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales.
• Develop and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) plans, timelines, resources and phase‑gate governance.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate prototypes, testing, validation and pilot builds, and oversee change‑control processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Substantial project management experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of NPI processes and product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• SAP (experience advantageous)
