Market Research Field Interviewer – Flexible Shifts, Car Required

About the role

Join Ipsos as a Market Research Field Interviewer, travelling across bus routes and stations in your local area to gather passenger feedback. You’ll work independently on short, paid shifts, helping to improve public transport across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Approach passengers at bus stops, stations or on buses and invite them to complete a short survey.
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses using a provided tablet.
• Capture feedback on passengers’ journey experience and, when required, count footfall.
• Complete each shift independently, adhering to route or location instructions.

Required profile

• Confident speaking to members of the public.
• Comfortable working independently in various locations.
• Motivated and resilient, even when response rates are low.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Willingness to travel locally and work on buses.
• Looking for flexible, part‑time fieldwork opportunities.
