Market Research Field Interviewer – Paid per Shift

About the role

Join Ipsos as a Market Research Field Interviewer and help improve public transport across the UK. You will work on assigned bus routes, stops or stations, using a tablet and survey materials to collect passenger feedback. The role is paid per shift and offers flexible, part‑time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Approach passengers at bus stops, stations or on board and invite them to complete a short survey.
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record answers on a provided tablet.
• Capture feedback on journey experience and, when required, count passenger footfall.
• Complete each shift independently, following the assigned route or location.

Required profile

• Confident communicator comfortable speaking to the public.
• Self‑motivated and able to work alone in various locations.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel to the assigned area.
• Flexible to work early starts and varied shift patterns.
