Marketing Agent – Outbound Business Outreach

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Agent to join Better’s Bournemouth team, focusing on outbound business outreach to gather and update telecommunications and broadband information for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses to confirm and update details of their communications and broadband infrastructure.
• Engage with key decision‑makers to discuss current providers, packages and identify service challenges or requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and data within the CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for data collection and lead qualification.
• Provide detailed feedback and market insight reports to the management team.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve communication techniques and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for accurate data recording.
• Target‑oriented mindset, resilience and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system.

• Basic salary of £23,809.50 with OTE up to £28,000.
