Marketing and Business Development Executive

About the role

The International Marketing & Business Development Executive will support marketing and BD activities for the Life Sciences sector and Employment practice group within a global law firm. Working in a matrix structure, you will collaborate with partners, lawyers, and the Global Service Centre in Warsaw to deliver integrated campaigns and client initiatives across regions outside the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development and delivery of marketing campaigns aligned to sector and practice group strategies.
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, capability statements, and credentials documents.
• Plan, deliver, and host internal and external events (virtual and in‑person), sponsorships, and digital content.
• Support PR and external communications, including thought‑leadership assets.
• Assist MBD Managers in creating and implementing business development plans, budgets, and client targeting initiatives.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, innovative client proposals, and respond to client information requests.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing and business development, preferably within professional services or a regulated industry.
• Understanding of Life Sciences and Employment sector trends, including ESG, sustainability, AI, and geopolitical impacts.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and coordinate across multiple geographic locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
