Marketing and Fashion Sales Lead

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Fashion Sales Lead to drive the next stage of growth for our established tailoring studio in Shoreditch. This hands‑on role blends sales, business development and marketing to generate new business, re‑engage past clients and strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and client channels.
• Reactivate our extensive database of previous clients and convert them into repeat customers.
• Identify new markets and commercial opportunities to expand the client base.
• Own and grow our social media presence, producing high‑quality photo and video content.
• Write authentic copy for social media, email campaigns and marketing partners.
• Collaborate with SEO and PPC partners to maximise marketing performance.
• Manage the full client journey from first enquiry to loyal repeat business.
• Maintain and improve HubSpot systems to enhance conversion, retention and referrals.
• Monitor business performance, analyse results and adapt activities to increase revenue.

Required profile

• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fashion and tailoring.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced studio environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
