Marketing Assistant (3-month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join our busy marketing team on a three‑month fixed‑term contract in Dover. The role offers hands‑on experience across a variety of marketing activities, from campaign support to social media and email marketing. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of internal marketing campaigns and communications.
• Assist with the coordination and management of branded merchandise.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the wider marketing team.
• Help plan, create and schedule engaging social media content.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content preparation and deployment.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain marketing records and assist with reporting where required.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with social media management and email marketing.
