About the role
The Marketing Assistant role is an ideal entry point for anyone starting a career in marketing. You will join a commercially‑focused B2B team, supporting end‑to‑end campaigns for global events while gaining hands‑on experience across digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Build and update event websites, applying SEO best practices.
- Create and manage complex registration flows for event sign‑ups.
- Design, schedule and analyse weekly marketing emails.
- Produce social media and website banners and support content planning.
- Track marketing‑influenced revenue and manage lead flows.
- Handle shared inboxes, support outreach to media partners and associations.
- Assist the wider marketing team with ad‑hoc projects and requests.
Required profile
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and communicate progress.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Strong desire to grow as a marketer, showing initiative and curiosity.
- Data‑driven, analytical approach with understanding of basic marketing KPIs.
- Professionalism, self‑awareness and alignment with company values.
