Marketing Assistant – Legal

About the role

Join a supportive team at a specialist professional services firm as a Marketing Assistant focused on legal services. You will work closely with senior leaders to keep marketing projects and campaigns running smoothly while gaining exposure to a wide range of business development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the firm’s marketing and events calendar, including webinars, client events and conferences.
• Support event planning and delivery, handling logistics, communications and marketing materials.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters, client updates and other marketing communications.
• Maintain accurate marketing, events and business development trackers.
• Monitor marketing activity and compile basic performance reports.
• Update the firm’s CRM system with client and prospect information.
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, the company website and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with digital marketing activities to sustain the firm’s online presence.
• Produce marketing materials, templates and documentation as required.
• Provide administrative support for award submissions, directory entries and promotional projects.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in marketing, administration, communications or business support.
• Strong attention to detail and solid administrative abilities.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
