Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

Dabble is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to own the end‑to‑end planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns that engage our growing community of online gaming enthusiasts. You will work closely with Trading, CRM, Acquisition and Community teams to ensure each campaign is cohesive, creative and delivers commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling and coordination of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across the UK market.
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging and creative briefs that resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign goals with product launches, promotions and community initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and iterate to improve ROI and audience engagement.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within scope.
• Maintain a central repository of campaign assets and documentation for future reference.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from idea through to launch.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and data‑driven marketing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
