Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, creative Marketing Coordinator to support day‑to‑day marketing activities for a B2B company in the ventilation and air‑conditioning sector. The role is 25 hours per week, office‑based in Southampton, and offers flexibility in working days.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish news articles, blogs, and website content.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and contact lists.
• Produce and schedule LinkedIn posts.
• Perform simple website edits (pricing, images, product information).
• Generate basic campaign performance statistics.
• Design on‑brand graphics for web and social media using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Update brochures and PDF materials to match brand guidelines.
• Support product photography and visual content production.
• Upload and test new website developments; carry out basic SEO tasks such as product description tagging.
• Liaise with web developers for minor fixes and improvements.
• Keep marketing assets organised and maintain campaign documentation.
• Gather and interpret campaign results and assist with marketing research projects.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of planning and executing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Experience working with external agencies, designers or developers.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
• Proactive, self‑motivated mindset with commercial awareness.
