Marketing Executive – Beauty Brand

About the role

Our client is an award‑winning beauty and wellness brand based in Hertfordshire. As a Marketing Executive you will bring campaigns to life, support product launches and ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team to deliver strategic campaigns, partnerships and brand initiatives.
• Create, edit and proofread marketing content for digital and print channels.
• Work with designers to produce email newsletters, website updates and social‑media assets, and manage relationships with print suppliers.
• Maintain website content, including imagery, product information and landing pages.
• Coordinate online product launches to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Write PR copy, press quotes and supporting material in line with the brand’s tone of voice.
• Organise press appointments, influencer activity and celebrity PR opportunities.
• Support the Social Media Manager with content planning and campaign execution.
• Plan and execute events from concept through to delivery.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Track competitor activity, market trends and customer insights.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Marketing Executive or similar role.
• A marketing qualification is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
