Marketing Executive

About the role

CLM Search is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to help amplify its global brand presence. Based in our London headquarters, you will collaborate with teams in Austin and Morocco to drive content, social media, and marketing collateral initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels, reinforcing both client‑facing and employer branding.
• Write compelling copy for social media posts, website updates, thought‑leadership pieces, market insights and campaign assets.
• Own and manage CLM Search’s social media presence, monitor performance metrics and optimise engagement.
• Develop client‑facing materials such as packs, insight reports, brochures, one‑pagers and presentation decks, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Use Canva to design professional visual content for internal and external use.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven tools to improve marketing efficiency and automate routine tasks.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
• Highly organised, creative and tech‑savvy.
• Eager to learn and make a visible impact in a fast‑growing international business.

Required skills

• Canva for graphic design.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation platforms.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Instagram for professional content distribution.
