Marketing Executive

About the role

TTP is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join its employee‑owned consultancy. You will work in a fast‑moving B2B environment, supporting integrated campaigns that raise brand visibility, generate leads, and drive growth across technology‑focused markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, webinars and events.
• Coordinate campaign assets, schedules, and reporting.
• Manage and optimise HubSpot email flows, CRM audiences and nurture workflows.
• Support website updates, SEO and geo‑targeted activities, and analyse performance.
• Promote thought‑leadership content on LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Organise sponsored attendance at conferences, exhibitions and marketing events.
• Collaborate with technical experts, business development teams and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer with commercial awareness and a curiosity for technical subjects.
• Strong communicator able to translate complex ideas into clear messaging.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Approximately three years of B2B marketing experience.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform).
• Google Analytics.
• SEMrush or comparable SEO/SEM tools.
