Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Green & Orange Ltd is looking for a confident Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to drive student recruitment across multiple channels. You will generate, qualify and nurture prospective student leads, turning enquiries into consultations and enrolments. The role works closely with recruitment, admissions and marketing teams to ensure a smooth journey from first contact to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify student leads via outbound calls, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, events and digital campaigns.
• Contact and engage prospects professionally to promote educational programmes and book consultations.
• Manage lead nurturing through phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS and CRM follow‑ups.
• Support social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create marketing content such as posts, flyers, short videos and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking and campaign reporting.
• Assist with recruitment events, webinars, open days and community outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion and student engagement.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, student recruitment, sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong confidence in telephone outreach and relationship building.
• Highly organised, proactive and target‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Express.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and email marketing tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn for outreach.
