Marketing Manager – Commercial Marketing & Sales Enablement

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑focused Marketing Manager to drive sales enablement, pipeline growth and business development for an international engineering and technology group. The role is home‑based in the North West of the UK with regular travel to group sites, customers and exhibitions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing activities aligned with sales objectives and business growth.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to produce customer presentations, value propositions, collateral and campaigns.
• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase pipeline opportunities.
• Coordinate UK and international exhibitions, trade shows and customer events.
• Create and manage customer‑focused collateral, technical literature, case studies and digital content.
• Maintain website content, LinkedIn activity and other digital marketing channels.
• Support product launches and communicate complex technical solutions to target audiences.
• Utilise CRM systems for lead management, pipeline visibility and commercial reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Assist international distributors and channel partners with marketing campaigns and sales‑enablement materials.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer with a commercial mindset and ability to work across multiple disciplines.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement and supporting technical products.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 per year.
• All business travel expenses paid.
