Marketing Manager – Financial Services (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and commercial growth for a leading financial services provider in the UK. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution of multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies that support business growth and brand awareness.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, events and other channels.
• Lead go‑to‑market activities for new products and services.
• Manage and optimise the company website and social media platforms.
• Create marketing collateral, thought‑leadership content, case studies and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies, designers and partners.
• Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and improve ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure value for money.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive.
• Background in financial services.
• Track record of delivering successful campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to balance strategy with execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
