Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Food Brand

About the role

We are an independent restaurant group celebrating local cheese and artisanal producers across London, Yorkshire and NYC. As we expand, we need a Marketing Manager to shape our brand narrative, bring producer stories to life, and lead creative marketing across social, digital, PR and more.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook; monitor engagement and report performance.
• Craft compelling copy that reflects our brand voice and highlights producer stories.
• Own email marketing and loyalty programmes, delivering on‑brand campaigns.
• Contribute to website redesign and ensure consistent, effective digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers to produce visual assets and campaigns.
• Support e‑commerce and reservation performance through targeted digital activity.
• Analyse data across channels to inform strategy and report insights.
• Manage relationships with PR and creative agencies, aligning messaging and goals.
• Build and maintain media, influencer and industry partner relationships to secure coverage.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a creative spark and strong attention to detail.
• Passionate about storytelling and able to translate brand vision into words, visuals and campaigns.
• Comfortable pitching to journalists, planning content calendars and executing email campaigns.
• Experience in hospitality or food‑related marketing is essential.
