About the role
We are partnering with an ambitious, experience‑led hospitality business in Central London that is investing in its people, venues and customer experience. The Marketing Manager will own the marketing performance for two flagship venues, shaping local strategy within a strong central brand framework while working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver annual and quarterly integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, revenue and repeat business for two London venues.
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, CRM, partnerships and events, aligning with commercial objectives.
- Create venue programming for key trading periods, seasonal moments and commercial priorities.
- Build and nurture relationships with traders, local businesses, hotels and community organisations to launch collaborative campaigns.
- Manage venue websites, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and commercially effective.
- Lead content planning and social media strategy across key channels.
- Design and run CRM campaigns to acquire, engage and retain customers.
- Oversee marketing budgets, agencies and external suppliers to maximise ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse customer insights and continuously optimise activities.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team on digital innovation and customer experience projects.
Required profile
- Commercially minded marketer with experience in hospitality or venue‑based environments.
- Proven ability to translate business priorities into engaging, revenue‑driving campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with General Managers, Operations and Sales teams.
- Ability to work autonomously while aligning with a central brand framework.

- Competitive salary of £45,000–£50,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.
