Marketing Manager – Launch Titles (EMEA)

About the role

Join Square Enix’s EMEA Marketing Development team as a Marketing Manager for launch titles. You will translate global go‑to‑market strategies into localized, high‑impact campaigns across the region, working closely with internal teams in Los Angeles, Tokyo and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects, aligning internal stakeholders on priorities, timelines and approvals.
• Develop and execute integrated EMEA launch activation programs, managing budgets, KPIs and cost per activity.
• Coordinate with external partners, distribution channels and agencies to ensure seamless campaign rollout.
• Oversee asset localisation, versioning and media‑campaign briefings.
• Support community, social and content initiatives to boost player engagement.
• Produce video and social media assets that drive brand awareness.
• Design and manage creator and influencer programmes across multiple platforms.
• Analyse campaign data, optimise spend and report performance.
• Adapt global launch strategies to regional market insights and business goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a generalist video‑game marketing role, managing multi‑market campaigns across EMEA.
• Proven ability to lead projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills across functional and geographic boundaries.
• Experience working with internal market development teams and external agencies.
