Marketing Manager – Legal Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and business development function for a growing law firm in Wokingham. Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will shape the firm’s brand, drive client engagement and support revenue growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm’s overall marketing and business development strategy, including annual plans and budget management.
• Oversee digital initiatives: manage the WordPress website, run SEO, PPC and other online campaigns, and produce engaging content for email and social media.
• Lead content creation, newsletters, legal insights and thought‑leadership pieces while maintaining consistent branding.
• Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter) and monitor online reputation on Google, Trustpilot and Review Solicitors.
• Organise seminars, webinars, networking events, sponsorships and community initiatives to enhance client engagement.
• Coordinate CRM‑driven client marketing, support pitches and proposals, and liaise with external agencies and suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within a law firm, professional services or legal sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and proven ability to deliver measurable marketing results.
• Experience managing budgets, analysing ROI and reporting on performance.
