Marketing Manager – Specialist Law Firm

About the role

Are you a driven, commercially‑minded Marketing Manager ready to own impactful campaigns within a leading specialist law firm? This 12‑month fixed‑term role offers high visibility, influencing brand presence, client engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from planning through to execution and performance analysis
• Manage and develop marketing technology, including CRM systems, email platforms, and website content
• Write, edit, and review high‑quality content for a range of marketing channels
• Lead the firm’s social media strategy and ongoing activity
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development initiatives
• Manage relationships with external agencies to deliver creative campaigns
• Coordinate and promote firm‑wide articles and thought‑leadership content
• Oversee legal directory and award submissions
• Monitor and report on marketing performance across digital and offline channels
• Advise senior stakeholders on effective marketing approaches and campaign strategies
• Support internal engagement through training and marketing initiatives

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing or business development role
• Background in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
• Proven experience delivering successful, measurable marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and digital marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of social media and digital campaign optimisation
• Experience managing both virtual and in‑person events
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing ability
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• CIM qualified, studying towards CIM, or willing to work towards it
