About the role

Join an Outstanding secondary school in Hounslow as a Maths Teacher and Key Stage 4 Coordinator (TLR). You will lead a large team of maths teachers across KS3‑KS5, design a responsive curriculum and help drive high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a diverse team of maths teachers, including trainees, ECTs, Teach First and experienced staff.
• Design, develop and tailor the maths curriculum to meet the needs of each cohort.
• Manage a range of personalities and foster a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
• Contribute to school‑wide initiatives, CPD programmes and future leadership pathways.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a varied teaching team.
• Strong understanding of the secondary maths curriculum (KS3‑KS5).
• Commitment to maintaining outstanding standards for yourself and colleagues.
