Medical Sales Territory Manager – Wales, West Midlands & Southwest

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Medical Sales Territory Manager to lead an established territory covering Wales, the West Midlands and Southwest England. You will own the full sales cycle, building long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering solutions that add clinical and commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established sales territory across Wales, the West Midlands and Southwest.
• Develop strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities throughout the region.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasts.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals.
• Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Commercially driven with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑focused.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing a large geographical territory.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
