MedTech Area Sales Manager - South East UK

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a high‑potential South East territory within an established UK healthcare technology provider. You will inherit an existing portfolio of customers and be responsible for driving growth across care homes, hospitals and healthcare groups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in care homes, hospitals and healthcare groups.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout the South East region.
• Deliver a consultative, solution‑led sales process from site visits to proposal and closure.
• Conduct site‑based meetings and surveys, develop proposals and close deals.
• Build a strong pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and service teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven field sales professional with ownership of a territory/region.
• Experience in healthcare, care homes, MedTech or technical solutions sales.
• Track record of winning new business while growing existing accounts.
• Experience managing a consultative or technically led sales process.
• Ability to operate autonomously with full regional accountability.
