About the role

Join the vibrant Meetings and Events team at The Londoner, a 15‑floor boutique hotel in the heart of Leicester Square. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver polished, attentive service to guests attending meetings, conferences and banqueting events, ensuring every detail meets 5‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service during meetings, conferences and banquets.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest requests, maintaining a warm presence.
• Assist with the set‑up of event spaces, checking layouts, equipment and amenities against specifications.
• Serve food and beverages with accuracy, timing and presentation that reflect luxury standards.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, managers and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within meetings, events or banqueting.
• Polished, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment.
• Team player with a positive outlook and passion for world‑class service.
