Member Concierge – Luxury Health Club

About the role

Third Space is seeking a full‑time Member Concierge for its flagship club at Battersea Power Station. As the first point of contact for members, you will embody the brand’s high‑standard service and help create a welcoming, premium environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, manage check‑in and access procedures.
• Maintain the club’s front‑desk appearance and ensure all facilities are ready for use.
• Handle member enquiries, resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
• Support early‑duty management tasks and coordinate with other team members.
• Uphold Third Space’s values and service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering five‑star customer service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage demanding members.
• Flexible availability for early and late shifts (05:00‑23:00).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic team player.
