Membership Officer

About the role
The Membership Officer will join a growing membership team supporting Scotland's renewable energy sector. Reporting to the Membership Manager, you will help deliver a high‑quality membership experience through engagement, retention and day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate membership records and CRM data.
- Respond to member enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate renewals, onboarding activities and membership communications.
- Support networking events and other member‑focused activities.
- Represent the organisation externally and build positive stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proactive, self‑starting attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Experience in a membership organisation, trade association, hospitality, events or stakeholder‑facing role is advantageous.
