Menswear Product Manager

About the role

The Menswear Product Manager will own the commercial identity of the store, driving sales performance, visual merchandising and team development across clothing, perfume and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse store and department sales data, adjust strategies and plan weekly actions with the Store Director/General Manager.
• Oversee store layout and visual merchandising to optimise the customer experience and align with brand identity.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to implement country‑wide strategies and organise in‑store workshops.
• Lead official store visits, evaluate sales potential and provide product and strategy feedback.
• Synchronise visual and promotional activities with Operations Managers, manage stock levels and back‑stock proposals.
• Schedule the Commercial Team in line with company guidelines and ensure payroll processes are completed on time.
• Drive employee relations processes, training, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Act as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability projects within the store.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to analyse sales data and drive results.
• Experience planning store strategy together with senior management.
• Demonstrated leadership in training, motivating and developing a commercial team.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and store layout optimisation.
• Familiarity with retail sustainability initiatives and ability to act as a store ambassador.
